The Pirouetting Heart

Our world now is having crisis. I'm not talking about economic crisis here. I'm talking about Love. We are in crisis of love. In reality, people doesn't know how, when, or whom to love. We are intensely in crisis. Love is the most abused word that I ever heard. People say I love you but in reality he or she is half-hearted. There are some who are true to their love but along the way when temptation comes his or her love starts to fade until it will be gone if it is not being patched up.

Why is this so? It's a question of maturity where it comes to love. Our love then should be molded with high spirituality not in religiousity. We are religious or faithful because it is a package to a relationship. This is a weak foundation of love.Our love should be grounded with high spirituality. It should come from above. Discernment is a demand to an authentic love.

How's is your love to your parents? How is your love to your wife, if you have? How is your love to your children, if you have? How is your love to your neighbor?
Let us discernfully think about this. Pray and you'll have a courage to face this deep-rooted, unlovable attitude - not to love whole-heartedly. Pray and you'll be authentic to your love. Pray and you'll be rejoicing with all your heart because you are full of love. You'll be graced from above.

AHAPI's 2nd Medical Mission in Tubigon, Bohol

AHAPI's 2nd Medical Mission happened in Tubigon, Bohol. It was being supported by the Local Government of Tubigon, Bohol and with the Catholic Womens League of Tubigon Chapter. There were 315 constituents who recieved free consultation with our volunteer physician Dr. Estrella Pung Lim and free medicines.

It was a very exhausted day because first, it was a very sunny day and our strength had been consumed by the scorching heat of the Sun. Second, we run to and fro from different area to another, for the purpose of making the flow of the medical mission smooth.

However, we have a consolation. we make people smile. And we are so thankful with that.

It is in this little act that they become happy.
It is in our empty hands that we openly reach out to the needy.
It is in our smiles that people find comfort.
It is in our caress that they feel a home.

It is in our sweat that they have joy.
It is in our dream that they dream too.
It is in our undying service that they have hope.
It is in our unity that they find unification in their family.

All of these are our memoirs to remember.
We all die with legacy to tell.
